White-Label Agreement

100% White-Label

All deliverables are branded under your agency name. No FAR Tech branding, watermarks, or references appear anywhere in client-facing materials.

Direct Communication

Our team communicates through your channels — your Slack, your email, your project management tools. Seamless integration.

NDA & Confidentiality

Mutual NDA signed before engagement. Client lists, project details, and pricing are strictly confidential.

IP Transfer

Full intellectual property rights transferred to you upon project completion. Source code, assets, and documentation included.

Revision Policy

Fixed-price projects include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions billed at partner hourly rate with prior approval.

Payment Terms

06 — Notes

Important Notes

1. Pricing Validity: All rates are valid through November 2026. Renewal rates will be communicated 30 days prior to expiration.

2. Scope Changes: Any deviation from the agreed scope will be documented via change order and requires written approval before work begins.

3. Rollover Hours: Unused retainer hours roll over for one month. Hours not used within 60 days are forfeited.

4. Third-Party Costs: Licenses, domains, hosting, and third-party API costs are not included and will be passed through at cost.

5. Volume Discounts: Projects exceeding $50,000 in a calendar quarter may qualify for an additional 5% discount. Contact us for custom quotes.

6. Cancellation: Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fixed-price projects follow the milestone refund schedule outlined in the SOW.
